Since 2004, IHS has helped bring landmark buildings back to life and operate them as upscale hotels, including Hotel Saint Louis, The Warrior Hotel, Hotel Blackhawk, The Current Iowa and Seven Gables Inn, with Gulfstream Hotel and The Walesbilt Hotel in development in Florida. ## About

Innkeeper Hospitality Services was founded in 2004 as an independently and minority owned hotel management company. As a division of Restoration St. Louis, the developer behind the buildings, IHS has helped bring landmark properties back to life and then stayed to run them.

Today that means five fully renovated hotels open in Missouri and Iowa, two more in development in Florida, 11 restaurants and bars, and residential floors in several of the same buildings. Hotel Saint Louis lives in Louis Sullivan's former Union Trust building. The Current Iowa sits in the last building Daniel Burnham completed. The Walesbilt Hotel, a 1926 landmark on the National Register of Historic Places, is next.

The buildings get the attention. IHS is the reason they work every day: the hiring, the payroll, the accounting, the revenue strategy, the training and the people who keep each hotel feeling like itself.
