Established in 2004, Innkeeper Hospitality Service (IHS) is an independently and minority owned lodging and hospitality management company. In the 15+ years, IHS has built and expanded its portfolio with six completely renovated hotel properties - independent, upscale and brand affiliated hotels, 10 restaurants/bars and multiple residential properties.

IHS manages properties all over the Midwest and expanding to East Coast and is committed to invest in the future and supporting the present through various development programs and partnerships with both city - based and minority owned businesses. To nurture and care for these neighborhoods from re-birth to sustainability, creating a shared vision and mission.
