The old saying “Behind every great man there’s an even greater woman” doesn’t accurately apply to the CEO of Restoration St. Louis’ wife and high-power teammate Amy Gill. We’d rather say, “Beside every great man there’s an equally great woman.” Amy, a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Political Science, has served as full-partner and hands-on manager for every development project undertaken with husband Amrit since their first in 1990. Amy personally supervises construction and the architectural and design details for their residential and commercial properties by working closely with architects and contractors on current projects. Gregarious by nature, Amy is a natural when it comes to navigating public, political, and press spheres.

Amrit completed his undergraduate studies in History and Archaeology while attending St. Stephen’s College in Delhi, India. In 1988, he came to Washington University in St. Louis to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. During his studies, Amrit realized the convergence of two passions: his love of historic and architecturally significant properties and his mathematical analysis skills. It was during this time, he met the then Amy Harris who was to become his wife and business partner. During his career, Amrit has earned a reputation as a vanguard of urban renewal while compiling an impressive roster of redevelopment projects throughout metropolitan St. Louis and Davenport, IA.

Mike serves as the Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage of Innkeeper Hospitality Services. With a very extensive background in food and beverage, Mike has operated the food and beverage services at upscale establishments such as Norwood Hills Country Club, Lockhaven Country Club, and Alton Belle Casino to name a few. Mike is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale where he was a dedicated student-athlete.
Martha Brake

Martha brings a vast experience and knowledge to Innkeeper Hospitality Services; she has twenty-plus years in the hospitality industry consisting of operations and accounting. Whether it’s working with vendors or greeting people in the lobby, Martha utilizes her “southern hospitality’’ each and every day, and is a charmer. Like most southern women she has a heart of gold and a will of steel. As a child spending time in North Myrtle Beach her father had a friend who owned a hotel, she feels this is where the first thoughts of a career in the hotel industry entered her mind. Martha has expertise with a multitude of property types; golf and ski resorts, convention and downtown hotels. This industry has allowed her to appreciate working in diverse areas experiencing all they have to offer. Along with travel, Martha loves sports (Go Wolfpack!), travel, and spending time having fun with loved ones and friends.

Samantha has been with IHS for several years, starting out her career in hospitality at Hotel Blackhawk as Night Auditor on the Front Desk team. She has transitioned from the Front Office to Reservations Coordinator, and Rooms Specialist as we grow our properties in Davenport IA to include The Current Iowa Autograph Collection. Sam has assisted with our reservations and front desk teams in Davenport and St. Louis. Sam joins the IHS team now as our Revenue Manager.
